Delivery Service
We only make deliveries in the specified areas of Hong Kong from Monday to Friday except on the public holiday and when typhoon warning signal No.8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in force. Delivery time is as below: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Delivery service is limited to local delivery, overseas delivery is currently not available. Delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and designated outlying island areas including Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and Tung Chung. However, the following outlying island areas are currently out of our service coverage area: Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, Tai O and Hong Kong International Airport. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at its sole discretion.
- All confirmed orders cannot be cancelled under all circumstances. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
- We will deliver the merchandise ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. You agree to sign your name when you acknowledge receipt of the merchandise. The merchandise shall be, and shall be deemed to be, delivered and accepted by you when the merchandise are delivered to the address you give us for delivery. If the receiver or the picker is not the original purchaser, it means that you accept the above-mentioned person’s signature confirmation as evidence of receipt of the merchandise and that we have completed your order.
- After your order is confirmed, our customer service team will inform you the delivery date before the date of delivery.
- Unless otherwise specified, we will use all reasonable commercial endeavours to make delivery within 4-7 working days (Monday to Friday). After your order is accepted.
- Free delivery for single order over HK$300 after discount or above. Unless otherwise specified, delivery charge will be imposed on each delivery for order below HK$300 at the rate of HK$50. We reserve the right to amend free delivery threshold at any time and from time to time.
Returns and Exchanges
- Unless otherwise specified by our company or under special circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange or return of merchandise after delivery or arrival at destination.
- In case of damaged, missed or delivered incorrectly during delivery of merchandise, please record the damage by photos of the merchandise and contact our customer service representative within 24 hours after merchandise arrival at sales@sumipacd.com. Once the claim is confirmed eligible, we shall replace the relevant merchandise to the customer.
- Please retain all the packing materials including original product packaging, packaging box, product labels, product accessories and any gifts for return or exchange. Please ensure all the packaging is in good condition, including the product labels and tags, any damage or folds will be deemed as non-returnable.
